Carsen is officially TWO!!!! And what an adventure it's been getting here. I just want to freeze every moment {well maybe not "every" moment... hehe} . This little guy is constantly amazing me. He is speaking in full sentences, potty training, playing pretend, problem solving, and so much more. His big thing now is riding on his motorcycle {tricycle} to go get chicken nuggets and hot pickles. Too cute! Carsen and Chloe are playing a lot more together. Carsen doesn't quite get why she can't play as rough as him. She just adores him. Happy Birthday Carsen!

I had so much fun planning Carsens party this year. It all started a few months ago when I saw these invites on ETSY. I couldn't resist to just go full ahead with all the rest. I love planning parties. And after every one I say I will never do it again but you know that's not true. The next one always seems to be bigger than the one before. Another reason I went with the "airplane" theme this year is because it's one of my favorite memories of Carsen's first year. He would always point to his hair and say "pane" whenever he heard a airplane. Travis and I couldn't figure out why he would always point to his head until one day it dawned on us that he thought we were saying "hairplane" LOL! There were so many details to this party. One night I asked Travis if he would dress up as pilot and I would be a flight attendant and he told me I was going a little overboard. Ha! I guess that meant no. Go big or go home has always been my motto! Anyway Carsen's birthday (although a little hot, 102) was perfect. Our house was filled with around 40 kiddos plus Mommy's and daddy's. We had a face painter, balloon twister, bounce house and pool entertainment. Carsen is one LOVED kid. We have the BEST friends and family. Thank you to all who shared in this special day with us.
